Fungal nail infection.

Ive had a fungal nail infection on my toe nails for over 10 years. Has anyone successfully got rid of this? If yes, please can you tell me how you did it and how long it took?

Have you had it properly diagnosed? I've been treating my feet with various remedies for years. I finally went to a chiropdist this summer who told me it's "just" nail damage and not a fungal infection at all.

It doesn't seem any easier to resolve mind.

I actually have both. Fungal toenail on one foot (diagnosed from clippings) and damage on the other - no idea how the damage happened but the nail has crumbled and shredded and it's painful. I keep a sort of rubber protector on it most of the time now, hoping it will grow out.

Years ago I killed a nail skiing and it took 18m to fully grow through.

I was going to say the same as exactly same thing happened to DM. Quite a few look terrible but it's been tested etc and just nail damage.

I'm going to second Vicks. Cleared it up after 8 years. Every night before bed. To a few months but I could see results almost straight away, unlike any other product I'd previously tried
