Undercooked chicken

DH cooked dinner tonight. I merrily took a bite of my Birdseye chicken burger to find it wasn't properly cooked. It wasn't completely raw, but still looked a bit pink. I spat it out when I realised so I don't think swallowed any. Will I definitely get ill from this? I have an important meeting tomorrow so I'm panicking I'm going to have d&v!

It's important to remember that undercooked food is only dangerous if it's contaminated in the first place. The chances of that are minimal, especially with a processed product. Try not to worry.

Prospected freezer food meats often still look pink. If it had been in for the correct time and was hot it will be fine
