These are part of bullet points - not sure about the apostrophes - so should it be

A -
*Need a whole months worth of posts, already PLANNED out, for you to post?

OR

B-

Need a whole month's worth of posts, already PLANNED out, for you to post?

OP posts:

I’d also lose the all caps. Stop shouting at me, I’d think, it makes you look angry and unprofessional (sorry, but it does). One all caps word might work in a headline, but text littered with it is off-putting.

It might reach a certain audience and be very successful (who hasn’t fallen for the “buy NOW while supplies LAST!!!” method of advertising at some point in their lives?).

As you’re concerned about the apostrophe I get the impression you care about professionalism and detail.

Have you liked at the websites, social media, and mail shots of other successful companies in your line of work? I’m not saying you should copy them—I assume you want your business to stand out and one of the best ways to do that is to bring your own personality to it, especially with a smaller scale venture—but market research is invaluable (even if it’s simply a day of googling).

Yes, too many capitals — it does feel being harangued by the shouty guy on the street who wants you to let Jesus into your heart.

I’m also not entirely sure, even in the context of the entire ad, what you mean by ‘planned out’ — are you saying you will supply the full text/images etc for an entire month of SM posts, so the business just posts them? I’m not sure ‘planned out’ fully gets that across.

It looks dreadful.

vajingleberry · 09/10/2021 16:12

Awful. Please stop shouting.

Wouldn't give a brass farthing to anyone who thought that was acceptable advertising.

thelastgoldeneagle · 09/10/2021 16:21

I think the OP might have got the message now, folks. Jesus. She doesn't need dozens of critical messages. 🙄🙄

I think she does, actually. Otherwise she might just brush it off as a couple of people with a difference of opinion.
thelastgoldeneagle · 09/10/2021 16:26

There are 30 messages saying the same.

@thelastgoldeneagle

There are 30 messages saying the same.
Which makes the point quite solidly.
Camblewick · 09/10/2021 16:33

Another one saying lose the capitals. They're unnecessary, irritating and would put me off completely.

RavingAnnie · 09/10/2021 17:16

Yes lose the capitals I completely agree. They mean shouting on SM and I would want someone who understood SM etiquette to manage my business posts

You also shouldn't have a comma after so on this one:

"Need someone to post FABULOUS regular CONTENT for you so, your page is interesting, EYE-CATCHING and active?"

It’s difficult to know—even having read the full thread—whether the message has come across.

This was posted in Chat and the question revolves around grammar.

I don’t see anyone being spiteful or nasty. Everyone seems to be contributing a perspective.

It’s kind of you to post what you did, but it’s not as though this thread is 37 pages in with many updates from OP yet new posters are saying “don’t use all caps!!!” without having read it through.

All replies seem genuine and conversational.

rainbowunicorn · 09/10/2021 20:08

You may need a rethink of the service you are offering. The examples that you have given here are awful.

steponthetightrope · 09/10/2021 20:36

Oh dear, lose the capitals for a start. The style sounds cheap.

Although I don't really know what to suggest, but I would still explain you can do these things without making it sounds like you're shilling for a weird daytime infomercial!

Read @ShagMeRiggins post, it’s very professional and clear.
