I've no clue what to have. I really want a Chinese but don't know if I should cook instead.

Chinese-plain chow mein and salt and pepper chicken 😍

Egg fried rice with spring rolls and chips.

DC have had home made burgers and chips, DH and I are having Caribbean takeaway.

Cottage pie here, with carrots, sweetcorn, peas and green beans. Lots of Worcestershire sauce in with the mince. But no cheese on top, that seems ubiquitous and I really strongly dislike it!

shop bought pizza pepperoni for OH Margerita for me working all weekend couldnt be bothered doing real cooking

Tesco finest meal deal for us - steak and chips with sticky toffee croissant swirls for dessert

Traybake of roasted Mediterranean veg and chicken breasts - partly to use up some excess tomatoes from the garden and partly because we've had a carb-heavy week away and my digestive system is crying out for vegetables.

Cheese toast. We had a big lunch (leftover chicken stew with rice) so we’re just having a light supper.

Veggie cooked breakfast - sausages, eggs, hash browns, vegan bacon.

I couldn't eat that in the morning, but it makes a lovely treat dinner.

Pinch of Nom's creamy garlic chicken, sweetcorn and rice. Followed by ice cream because I'm starting a new diet tomorrow😂

Just made a chicken curry (from scratch) really laboured over each part like cooking the onions well and slowly and layering the spices - kids wolfed it down lol - hope the appreciated the work!

Takeout mixed special kebab here. Dh away for the night and kids have been at a party so were fed there!

We live in a semi rural location so can really only get the usual most common takeaways.

Sausage and mash with home made caramelized onion gravy. Served with peas and carrots on the side.

British born DH is craving the taste of home! Poor poor guy had to eat mu shu pork last night (I love it).

@LoveFall we had sausages and mash with gravy too! And green beans. Loooooads of butter in the mash. Delicious

Homemade Mac and cheese with bacon and mushrooms. Yum!

We shared a very large, beautifully fresh corn cob from the market - 50p! - then pasta amatriciana, it was delicious. Finished off with poached plums.

Lentil and sweet potato Dahl, meant to have spinach as well but I used mustard leaves and watercress instead because it's all I had in the fridge. Bloody lovely if I say so. Proper autumn comfort food. Recipe on BBC good food website, needs some salt and some fresh lemon juice at the end

Hopefully Domino's if the kids fall asleep early enough 🍕

Lobster rolls, dd made the rolls, dh made the Mayo with quite a lot of garlic and he’s doing shoestring fries. We’ve got scallops and pancetta to start. Can’t wait!
My contribution is a box of Krispy Kreme donuts for pudding

Co-Op ham, mushroom and marscapone pizza. Green salad, green olives, avocado, cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks and hummus and little mozarella balls in pesto.

Cheeseboard for one with a baked camembert and sweet chilli jam!
