What food is like crack to you?

I recently discovered Halo ice cream and was delighted by how delicious it is whilst still being pretty low calorie. The problem is that it’s so delicious I can’t eat a normal portion size. I thought I’d give moderation another go tonight but nope, I’ve just eaten nearly a whole tub of Gooey Chocolate Brownie. Totally defeats the object. The peanut butter one is the worst (best).

Salt and pepper crusty bread. It's the crack cocaine of the bakery world.

Creme eggs

Nutella scooped from the jar

jaundicedoutlook · 19/08/2021 22:59

Norwegian (brown) cheese on crispbreads. I could cheerfully eat a whole block.

Me too. I consider it a talent.

Mine is biscuits. Always biscuits. I’m proper greedy about them and have no self control so I try not to buy them as I can quite easily forego a proper meal in favour for a packet.

IrishCharm · 19/08/2021 23:59

Oh God BREAD! Any bread, any sandwich/toast but it’s all about the bread! I’ve been off bread for almost 3 weeks now and could cry/bathe in the stuff - but whilst I love it, my body hates it!
