Anyone having trouble with Tesco this evening?

I am 3/4s through my on line shop at Tesco when suddenly found myself in a waiting room. Asked a friend to try and she also found herself in the waiting room!

Messages for me - couldn't even get on on. Will try again tomorrow and alter the meal plan in the meantime.

I'm shopping on Tesco Ireland and just tried to log on to change tomorrow's order but it says incorrect password and I've been blocked for 15mins! That was 2 hours ago and still can't log on! V. Frustrating

I’m in Ireland too and traded a CC Boost voucher for phone credit earlier. I was just ranting that the code hasn’t been emailed to me yet… and then I saw this thread.

Does anyone know, if e.g. you have checked out with a basket of £1 milk, intending as you always do to finish the order at 9pm on Thursday night, so the total is showing as £1 milk + £4 under basket charge = £5……if he turns up tomorrow morning with my milk, and I send him away, do they refund me the whole £5, or just the £1 for the milk I have returned? Don’t really fancy paying £5 for 2l of milk, but equally would prefer that to paying £4 for nothing!!

Yes they will refund everything. I did this once by mistake , it was my fault not tesco's and even then they refunded the item and the charge for under 40 pounds.

Done my shopping quick, chucked loads of stuff in the basket, paid and logged out before it changes its mind!

However expecting tomorrow to go the same way as last week and having to go into the store tomorrow when half my click and collect order is unavailable.

I got in after an hours wait. It took about 4 attempts for my card details to process as well. it was painfully slow but got there eventually.

I’ve managed to update my order, but can’t seem to check out.
I want to go to bed! Will be getting a delivery of crisps and cucumber in the morning!

I got in but wouldn’t let me amend order so I just moved the slot to next week.

Got to go out and get our shopping now tomorrow but at least 50 odd cucumbers aren’t going to arrive 🤣

I cancelled my delivery saver because I was unable to checkout orders twice in the last two hours I had to amend it. Customer services were useless. Glad I did that after seeing this thread.

Has anyone tried the tesco own fruity white wine at £2.99, I like nice wine but was poured some at a friend's, it is honestly excellent.
