Work colleague has been outed as a sex offender after security refused to protect him as he was outed by a client to them who saw him at work it seems as though senior management all knew. He is leaving he is going to teach in China who do I report this to I’m very concerned he will groom more children possibly leaving the UK on a false passport he was not charged but struck off from teaching and it is all over the internet. I could not hear it if I did nothing then it came out at a later date please advise me
