What's for dinner?

I'm fancying spinach and ricotta tortellini and pesto, with cheesy garlic bread/pizza.

I'm not supposed to eat that though (carbs) 😫

I don't have any in so I'd have to go out to get it too 🙄

I read the sausage and mash thread, so I made that! - but everything is vegan.

Tofu and sweet potato katsu curry and rice.

Idlis ( steamed rice cakes) and coconut curry leaf chutney with a cucumber side salad.
