I'm fancying spinach and ricotta tortellini and pesto, with cheesy garlic bread/pizza.

I'm not supposed to eat that though (carbs) 😫

I don't have any in so I'd have to go out to get it too 🙄

I've baked a loaf of bread and I'll make a summer minestrone soup to eat with it 😋

Bought pizza, but I'm adding anchovies, olives and capers to it, as that's my favourite topping.

Kung pao chicken, rice, and spinach.

Everyone off work today .
So goujons and chips with garden peas

Spicy cauliflower bites with homemade chips and green veg.

Pasta with tomato, pork mince, mushroom and courgette sauce.

Was supposed to be lamb shank in rosemary and port sauce with squashed garlic & olive oil baby potatoes but that’s been bumped to tomorrow.

I’ve lost my cooking mojo the past few days — just cannot be bothered at all — so we never had the pork gyoza/Chinese beef cheek dumplings plus veg & noodle stir fry I was supposed to make (we had a takeaway pizza instead).

I really fancy fish finger baps so I’ll probably make that one day this week. With lots of fresh parsley, lemon and tartare sauce.

Hmmm what else? Ugh I just don’t know.

Peri peri chicken livers with corn on the cob , peri peri peas, coleslaw and crusty bread . We stole the idea from Nando’s . They aren’t doing chicken livers at the moment so my husband has recreated their recipe . DS will have mac cheese with peas and corn on the cob . He won’t touch liver .

Chili-Con-Carne for us tonight. I'm cooking a huge pot, so plenty of leftovers for the freezer.

Chicken burger and chips. Really cba! And need to run the freezer down of all the bits that have been in there a lifetime as I'm fed up with buying food for the sake of it. And wasting tonnes of money unnecessarily

DH is making chickpea and rainbow chard curry because there was no spinach in the supermarket.

Should not have opened this thread I now want to eat everything on it! I already had to make myself some emergency mashed potato this afternoon because I read a thread about sausage and mash and needed mash (combination of pregnancy cravings and post migraine cravings, or that’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it!).

DH is currently cooking creamy leek and potato pie which we have with cous cous and veggies.

Homemade macaroni cheese with salad and garlic bread for us all! Looking forward to it, have had a bad day and it’s a very comforting meal.

just had birthday cake to celebrate grandad's 90th birthday.
DH has taken PILs out for dinner.

I have a terrible cold so told the kids it's dinner coz I ain't cooking.🤣

God this is making me hungry! And reminded me I haven't gone food shopping before the dc are back with me on weds...

I'm having goats cheese salad tonight but feel more hungry than that!

Spaghetti carbonara.

For some reason DH keeps buying spaghetti when we don't eat it often so I have about 3 or 4 packs in the cupboard right now. We have smoked bacon and mushrooms to use up too. I'm really looking forward to it and just waiting on DD to get home from her singing lesson before I get cooking.
