Do people eat Yorkies with anything? For years I only had them with roast beef & occasionally filled with bangers & mash but they seem to be served with all kinds of meat. I certainly wouldn’t eat them with lamb for example.

I love love love Yorkshire puddings with everything. Any roast we do comes with Yorkshires and stuffing as standard.

I know as a frequenter of the Toby Carvery I'm much more common than the average MNnetter, but they do a breakfast buffet (or did pre-covid, not sure what the procedures are now) and in that comes Yorkshire puddings studded with teeny tiny bits of bacon to go with your fry up. It is a glorious thing.

If you’ve got gravy with a meal then it’s acceptable to have Yorkshire’s!
I never eat gravy unless it's a stew but love Yorkshires. Gravy is vile disgusting stuff
