House opposite have a parrot. It makes a lot of noise all the time. We can all hear it
You used to see it in fly around in the window until they got a dog, now it’s just in porch all the time in it’s cage swarking loudly
They been away (no cars) since last Friday and taken the dog with them. Absolutely no noise whatsoever from the parrot. I think it’s covered all the time
Someone comes once a day, I assume to feed the parrot, but it’s now screaming. Any advice? I don’t have any numbers
