How much do you pay per month for water

My monthly united utilities bill is £55
It’s not a water meter I just pay a monthly fee.

Is this normal?

On a meter , looking at the last 3 bills we pay approx £285 every 6 months and our water usage appears to be approx 400 lots per day average ( 2 adults )
That's just under £50 per month

400 litres *

Metered. Last year averaged £55 pm. Latest bill is averaging £60 pm. Includes sewerage. Family of 4 including teens who have long showers. I also have a large garden.
