Next customer number - help before I go mad!

I need to make a return, I don’t have the slips I got when it was delivered so I need to put a note in with my customer number.

Don’t have any letters with it on.
Not in any of my emails.
Asked the chatbot, said it’s in My Account - not on a bloody mobile site it isn’t! Tried to see it in desktop view, overrides back to the mobile site every time. I’ve clicked on every part of that stupid website. Please tell me there’s an easy way to find this!

This is what I have in My Account - can’t find statements in any of those!
When I log in to my account and get this screen, in the bit where yours says about covid I have 3 boxes, the middle box says statements. I don't know why it isn't on your screen unless you don't have a credit account.

Just include a covering letter with your name, address and contact email (used to buy) and mobile on explaining. Take a photo of trousers and letter on top and post back using the sticker they gave you. It will be fine.
