Migraine hack?

I've vomited and have been laid on a dark room for a few hours. Feeling well enough now to sit up and ask for help.

Any cures for a horrendous migraine please?

Feminax has been recommended to me for migraines before.

My osteopath has appeared to cured mine (!) it's been 5 years now. He stretched my neck muscles (probably more technical than this) for several sessions and it helped instantly.

Sumatriptan tablets. You can get them from Boots (behind the counter) you just need to fill in a form with the pharmacist. You can also get them on prescription so you get more than two in a packet. Honestly these are MAJIC pills and the only thing that works for me.

Downing fizzy full fat coke at the onset also helps (my Dr even told me this)

I know @saxamaphone but we haven't got any in... shame as 2 paracetamol + 2 ibuprofen and a can of Coke can kill mine if I do it early on before it's established.
Feeling truly awful now. Gah.
