If you go into the countryside you see fields full of sheep and cows. But where are all the pigs??

My Dad was Suffolk born and bred (son of a farmer), and I remember going to butchers who sold nothing but Pork products - do they still exist. I remember Pork Brawn as well in little pots, loved it. Does that still exist, haven't seen it for years.

My friends having an organic farm. The sheep and cows have huge pastures so can be seen from the road. The pigs have smaller areas partly turned to mud and with pic arcs and are "in farm" same as the chickens. I'd assume it's fairly typical to have the animals that don't roam near to where you are

@BigWoollyJumpers - yes they do still sell it. Our local butcher sells it as Pork Cheese - I'm on the Norfolk/Suffolk border.

East Anglia. Loads of outdoor reared pigs here.
