Post-lockdown impulse purchases are definitely a thing.

Anyone else? You know where you're so excited to be OUT and actually buying stuff that you make some questionable choices?

Yesterday I went out to a little outdoor market thing. The very first stall in the row had 'alternative' scented candles with flavours like gun smoke and car tyres. I bought myself a Wet Grass, which smelled great at the time (in my excitement) but now I just can't work out how I feel about it. It was not cheap. Then I bought a foot high remote control Dalek, which remains a good decision.

Who else has found themselves getting carried away?

Two glass garden solar lights that are in the shape of cute bugs. I love them but have no idea where I am actually going to put them.

As long as you actually have a garden @Lindy2 ... my friend bought a gazebo. She lives in a flat Confused I think she got carried away with the idea of parties in the park ...

Feels like I'm spending every five minutes at the moment. DSil has bought about 75 vinyl records since lockdown ended too! I think it is definitely a widespread thing.
