Is this too much money?

£11 an hour for 2 kids. Both school aged. Needed from 7.30AM and then again for school pick up for a couple of hours. Person is qualified and experienced nanny.

Surprised at everyone saying how cheap that is. I wouldn't want to pay more than £9-£10 especially if they are school aged and therefore independent and able to do most stuff by themselves (Dressing, snack preparation, independent studying etc).

It's due to the awkward hours though for 1.5 hours before school you've got to pay a higher rate otherwise people wont do it surely?
