Please tell me about your annoying neighbours.....

I think I have had the worst neighbour luck ever.
In the last 20 years we have had
1insane guy reporting us to police for “theft”
2noisy music guy
3build extension over border on our land guy
4 officious involving self in my business guy
5 cutting down tree in our garden guy who is married to screaming and shaking fist blame-the-victim woman

Can anyone beat this?
There are plus sides, honest!

I have a very nice but very odd neighbour. He is over double my age and seems to have a strange obsession with me. He ALWAYS comes out to say hello whenever I am in the garden, going to the car or returning home. This can sometimes be 10 times a day. Once I have said hi, he just stands and stares at me.

He regularly asks me out dates, despite my DP living me me. Despite me politely declining and being firm.

It's become a running joke with my friends, but it makes me feel so uncomfortable.

He comments when he hears me cough in the house (semi detached) etc. I sometimes feel like I live in a prison !

I had a thread last year about my neighbour who after 32 years of being a good neighbour suddenly started parking further and further back across the top of her drive making it really difficult to get off our drive They were side by side drives with no dividing marker down the middle. Every time she had a delivery she would move her car forward to allow delivery driver onto the drives but would not move her car if we did and would not discuss the matter. Was very nasty and it really upset me at the time.
Anyway we widened our drive and put a fence down the two original drives to sort out the problem.
She hates it - and is really annoyed that we didn't ask her if she wanted to get her drive re-surfaced at the same time as we did ours to save her some money!
Has also complained that we don't open the curtains on one side of house We don't as she stares in but the room is only for storage so not really used.
She also tells people that we move the cars around on the drive just to annoy her and we should park in the same place each time!
Very annoying!!
