Is it a body in the Soho flat - or was the current renter in the house and trying to act inconspicuous around the estate agent?

I've been to house viewings where there have been people in bed (teenage son) and on the sofa watching telly (chauvinistic elderly man who expected the female EA to show us round as that what he was paying her for.)
