I suspect the owner has no intention in leaving. They are going to live in the hidden bunker under the house and creep silently out at night to sniff your hair while you sleep.

For those innocent souls who are giving the owner the benefit of the doubt regarding the mannequins, of course they are just modeling dresses - if you look at one of the photos you can see a mannequin posed in the floor with a rather ‘come hither’ look.
