Dr Chris, Dr Xand, or indeed, both?

Inspired by the Mr Tumble thread, DS has now moved on to CBBC and I have discovered the lovely doctors. I can't decide which is my favourite Grin Dr Chris has the calm bedside manner but Dr Xand and his beard... Also, I must know- are they as lovely in real life?!

Dr Xand for me. I heard he’s into OLD.

TheWashingMachine · 07/02/2021 17:30

They are lovely both of them and Operation Ouch is awesome TV. I gather they are nice blokes too.

LucasLeesEyebrows · 07/02/2021 17:32

Dr Xand and his beard are chef’s kiss!

Dr Chris. Xand's beard doesn't do it for me.

Trillo · 07/02/2021 17:34

Known them since uni. Both lovely fellas.

Although Dr Ranj is my favourite C Beebies medic as he can dance.

SaintGutFree · 07/02/2021 17:34

Dr Xand is just so exuberant, I can live with the beard! But then Dr Chris saunters in and I swoon all over again...

I've had a couple of lovely chats with Dr X on twitter and he's quite funny, but in real life I think I'm Team Chris.

"In real life". As if.

sparklefarts · 07/02/2021 17:38

Both please 😃

sparklefarts · 07/02/2021 17:38

And at the same time

Tenementfunster · 07/02/2021 17:42

Team Xand. I believe I put first dibs on him some years ago when they started out on CBBC, so hands off, bitches 😂

dubyalass · 07/02/2021 17:42

Xand all the way. I’ve chatted with him on Twitter too. A friend works with them and says they’re lovely. Xand is just scrumptious but then I always did have a thing for tall dark beardy men.

Tenementfunster · 07/02/2021 17:44

He is the very embodiment of scrumptious

Crinkle77 · 07/02/2021 17:47

I think Dr Chris is better lookng.

Greenmarmalade · 07/02/2021 17:48

I’ll have the vet-type from that pets programme instead, please.

SimonJT · 07/02/2021 17:50

Dr Ranj cared for my son in A&E about 18 months ago, he was lovely.
lottiegarbanzo · 07/02/2021 17:50

Chris for me (please!). I like his calm assuredness.

EugenesAxe · 07/02/2021 17:52

I'll bet they are great. I think their families are also lovely, but in a theoretical place, would probably pick Dr Chris. I'm also not a beard fan 😂

SimonJT · 07/02/2021 17:54

Rory the vet from the pets factor?

He used to be my actual vet. I now see Chris another vet at the neighbourhood vet team, he’s also a TV vet on Stephs packed lunch.

I’m a celebrity vet collector 🤣

iVampire · 07/02/2021 17:55

The clip of Dr Xand’s best bits led by Mr Motivator (from lockdown 1) is a thing of beauty

And he’s the only ethical choice, as Dr Chris is married and his wife recently had their second DC

cabbagepots · 07/02/2021 17:56

They aren't on my team, or rather I'm not in theirs but Dr Chris might be in with a chance 🤣

lachy · 07/02/2021 17:59

DD is obsessed with Operation Ouch, which I do not mind in the slightest.

Dr Xand for me...its the beard!

Greenmarmalade · 07/02/2021 18:03

@SimonJT this is brilliant!! Yes- that’s the one.

FreezerBird · 07/02/2021 18:04

Rory has an instagram, there are both dogs and topless pictures, not that I’ve looked of course, just a rumor I’ve heard... If you do explore you could also research his colleague Chris Wilson, you know, to increase your veterinary knowledge...
