I've just been attempting to make a Minecraft Stampy from icing for dd2's birthday cake, while she's vanished upstairs to see what dd1's doing.

It's the wrong colour & very heavy, and wonky so I don't think it'll make it to the cake but we'll see 🤷‍♀️

I'm just going to finish my cup of coffee while it's still quiet down here, then think about hoovering the stairs (may only get as far as thinking about it, mind!)

Watching Thr Railway Children on YouTube with DD.

Just had a bath, sat on my bed in my dressing gown with a blanket before I have to put my uniform on and go an do a flu clinic for a few hours this evening.

Feeling full as I did a big fry up lunch and all ate loads!

In the bathroom, rather ill.

MNing to take my mind off my stomach gurgles.

I’m sitting mumsnetting on m phone with 7wo DD asleep on my chest, my boobs are starting to tingle so I think she will wake for a feed soon.
DS3 is sat next to me watching the Octonauts, we were at the park for 3 hours earlier so he’s having a rest.
DP is working upstairs but is popping to morribobs to get something for tea, really fancying fajitas

Telling my kids to get off you tube which is on the tv in lounge (we only have the one tv). They have been watching people pranking others for the last two hours. Trying to get them to do family activity instead.

DC and I are having merenda (4pm snack) in front of swash buckle on cbeebies, DH is working (his desk is in a corner of the living room).

We strung some cards up yesterday and I'm just admiring them, they really tie the other stuff together.

Drawing Doc Martens. This is my WIP. Only leant to draw in July. Since then it had become my go to activity.

I’ve just had a shower, put my PJs on and am having a gingerbread latte. Going to do a Zoom call with my sister and Mum in a bit, then make fajitas , watch a film and get an early night!

Waiting for the in-laws to pick up their Xmas gifts.
I'll be there at the door making sure they don't try to come in/cuddle my dc as they don't seem to be very careful re Covid ( apparently they are and it's me being ott according to dp).
So I'm sitting here on my bed feeling a bit on-edge listening to dd in the next room chatting to a pal about roblox I think 🤔
In an hour or so I'm going to have a walk around the park to burn some of this anxious energy.

I got my jeans wet while hosing down muddy boots so I've come upstairs to change and somehow ended up mumsnetting on the bed, hiding from the ironing (and the children).

Stuck under my cluster feeding and very grumpy 3 week old and watching tipping point.

Just finished wrapping the presents and celebrating with a baileys! DH is cooking and cleaning the kitchen as he goes and the baby is napping. Cheers!

Watching elf on sky...😊.....log burner is burning nicely...presents all wrapped, fridge and freezer full...dog is happy.....merry Xmas everyone....stay safe, be happy......lots of love to this that have fallen on hard times...been there myself during years past.....it's a scary time, trust me..it will get better xx

Just got back from the gym. Ate a late lunch and I'm trying to motivate myself to get in the shower. However I've overdone it and my stairs feel like they might be too hard work.
