For me, a little cottage beside a lake in Italy.
Where are you going?

Back to the uk to see family - it’s been 18 months or so now.

ConfusedDotty · 18/12/2020 18:19

Turkey to see my family and friends, I have missed them all so much.

Puzzledandpissedoff · 18/12/2020 18:20

Florida's gulf coast - for me nothing else compares

smallandimperfectlyformed · 18/12/2020 18:22

I am so sorry to all of you who are miles away from family and friends, that must be so hard. Your reunions will be amazing when the time comes!

MistletoeandGin · 18/12/2020 18:24

To visit my family in Spain. Haven’t seen them since last Christmas Sad

Bloodybridget · 18/12/2020 18:31

We've got a week booked at a house in the Highlands in August, rescheduled from this August: that's with other family members, but I hope DP and I will get a couple of short trips before that, I'd happily go anywhere nice in the UK.

TravellingSpoon · 18/12/2020 19:03

We transfered our package holiday from this year to next, so hoping for a great week in Turkey in October.

We had a beautiful week in North Devon this summer so have booked for the same place next summer and can't wait.

actiongirl1978 · 18/12/2020 19:09

Barbados. Next December.

Assuming things go OK financially this spring.

Champagneforeveryone · 18/12/2020 19:14

We've got Cornwall booked for the end of January, Morocco in May and India in August. Will also try and get away in September as DH has a big birthday but undecided where yet.

I'm utterly undecided which will go ahead.

TheThingWithFeathers · 18/12/2020 19:15

Ireland. I'd happily never get on a plane again.

MistletoeandGin · 18/12/2020 19:16

Although as DH has just been told he’ll need to take a 20% pay cut if he wants to keep his job, the trip to see my family in Spain probably won’t go ahead either.

Parker231 · 18/12/2020 19:17

We’ll be on a plane as soon as we can to see family in Brussels, Quebec and Colorado. Really missing them.

Knittingnanny · 18/12/2020 19:26

Not fussed about a holiday, just want to see my adult children and grandchildren in USA and Singapore. 2 of the little ones I’ve only seen once.

HelplessProcrastinator · 18/12/2020 19:30

Hoping our August 2020 trip to The Netherlands re-scheduled to the end of May goes ahead. Center Parks in France with my mum and the kids in late August and Christmas 2021 trip to Germany and Denmark for DH's 50th postponed from this year. Planning Butlins and some camping trips in the UK as well. I've increased my hours at work as so busy so sticking the extra money in a holiday fund.

Waxonwaxoff0 · 18/12/2020 19:52

I have Madeira booked for late July. Fingers crossed!

mrstea301 · 18/12/2020 20:09

Big birthday for my husband in April and been planning for years to take him to Rome! Hoping everything will magically come together so we can go, but will wait and see. Might be celebrating his 41st in Rome!!

MrsPnut · 18/12/2020 20:12

We have Jamaica booked next October and are hoping we can go.

GintyMcGinty · 18/12/2020 20:23

We went to Lanzarote last month. It was bloody amazing.

Centre Parcs is booked for late April then I'd really like beach holiday in the summer or October holidays. Jamaica, Mexico or Dominion Republic would be top of my list.

peaceanddove · 18/12/2020 22:53

So far, 10 days in an an uber luxury hotel in the Dolomites next July, for DH, me and our best friends to celebrate their 50th birthdays.

Then 10 days in either Croatia or a Greek island with our teens, and some friends and their teens.

Then Salzburg next December for us and the teens for the full on Wham 'Last Christmas' video re-enactment

Amani · 18/12/2020 23:56

Dubai or Mauritius

sweetchristmastime · 19/12/2020 07:03

Disney, but not til 2022. I can't see any chance of going on holiday next year

2anddone · 19/12/2020 07:19

I have disneyworld booked for Christmas 2021 keeping everything crossed we get there. Hoping to reveal to the children at Easter with a treasure hunt as this will be their Easter, Birthday, Christmas treat combined!

exLtEveDallas · 19/12/2020 07:20

We go to Egypt most years. We didn’t go this summer (obviously!) but I cannot see us going in 2021 either, I don’t think the pandemic will be over by then and none of us want to wear masks on the plane or in 40 degree heat.

So I am planning (in my head) a holiday to Mexico in 2022. We’d like to show DD where we had our honeymoon and visit all the amazing Mayan sites again. By saving the cash from 2 x Egypt holidays we will be able to afford it.

SuePreem · 19/12/2020 07:23

I still have last year's sailing holiday to look forward to (next year hopefully....)

I'd like to go cycling somewhere. And I'd like to go to south america so maybe I'll combine the two.

MaverickDanger · 19/12/2020 07:23

Australia so we can see DH’s family & they can meet our DS for the first time.
