Anyone got a ‘Snug’ sofa?

Just that really! It’s a brand rather than just a snugly sofa Look nice on the website, quick delivery and good reviews but wondering if anyone actually has one and any good/bad points? Moving into a small flat soon which will be a nightmare for furniture so thought a flat pack sofa could be perfect. Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that, and it does sound like when it goes wrong it really goes wrong, but that's not my experience at all. And I can't be the only one. They wouldn't survive as a company if everybody had a bad experience.

Lots of companies get it wrong. II've just had an awful experience with IKEA, who people rave about. There quality level is very mixed and customer service the worst I've ever experienced, plus the delivery costs and times terrible. They sorted it eventually but I'm hesitant to buy from them again.

I'm not denying you've had a bad experience, I'm just saying it's the opposite of mine with this company.

And also others have been saying these aren't comfy sofas and I think mine is!

Everyone's experience is different so if we read mixed reviews it just means we have to make up our own mind.

@goodinacrisis it seems from their reviews of late though that maybe the masses they’ve spent on advertising have left them ill equipped to cope with the demand and now there’s lots of issues with the standard of the sofas as well as the customer service. I understand lots of companies get things wrong but, right now, this particular company, are doing so more than others it seems.

I'm sure they've had a rise in people wanting to buy from them during lockdown, I'm one of them. One of the reasons they appealed was the 30 days return policy, which meant I could try before I decided. I was looking at a company called Swyft too. Same sort of thing, same prices, but I didn't like the look of the sofas as much. Maybe I got in there before they got to busy, or just got lucky..,

Maybe it's smart for others to wait until after lockdown and things have calmed a bit before ordering....

We visited the shop on Walton on Thames to have a look at the sofa first. The person inside was very helpful and not pushy to buy. Little research and I found this friend referral program of £50 to both. While I have not had the product yet I agree some products have faults and some don't, its just like a TV, it will be stuck on the wall or put on a table but some develop a fault after a week some never - what counts is the customer service when a fault happens but even that depends on the mood staff is in. Important thing is pay on credit card and you have a section 75 and charge back protection. (sorry my banking background) also google CEO email - if you need to make a complaint go straight to the top, they will assign you a person who can really talks sense and can make things happen.

You can never guarantee 'NO FAULT' on any product - its just your bad luck when you get a bad product.

Just adding that my grey rebel three seater arrived yesterday and so far so good!

The base cushions are quite hard, but the back cushion is comfy. The actual back of the sofa is nice too - ours is in the middle of a room & I was nervous it would look a bit ugly from behind.
