Dove invisible dry stick.

premiumhob · 22/11/2020 08:37

Mitchum stick here too. I actually tried it after reading recommendations on Mumsnet and have never looked back

PinkDaydreams · 22/11/2020 08:41

To posters using the mitchum stick, does it leave you feeling wet or sticky like a roll on? I like the smell of a spray, do sticks also smell nice?

Mitchum Roll on. Been using it for over 40 years now. Not the same bottle, obviously!

Montybojangles · 22/11/2020 08:46

Dove original stick is the only deodorant I’ve found that doesn’t irritate my arm pits.

Hiccupiscal · 22/11/2020 08:53

If anyone is after a hard working natural, plastic free deodorant, please try ku.tis, its so good that even my sweaty builder DP uses it, with no complaints (and he complains about everything Grin) & bonus for being environmentally sound.

luckylavender · 22/11/2020 08:56

Sure for Men

OakleyStreetisnotinChelsea · 22/11/2020 08:57

Nuud here. I'm a very sweaty, stinky person so I use it every 2 to 3 days.

Because it allows sweat and just neutralises the smell causing bacteria if I'm at work or doing exercise I usually use a natural cream deodorant too to soak up moisture.i like natural deodorant company but they are broadly similar.

pinkbalconyrailing · 22/11/2020 08:57

ime the roll on is not sticky if you apply to very dry skin and leave it to dry beforegetting dressed.

foxyroxyyy · 22/11/2020 09:05

Mitchum makes me stink.

I use pitrok now. Lasts donkeys years. You've gotta run it on a lot and it works like a dream.

whitetilesmurf · 22/11/2020 09:06

I am bonkers! I have mine sent over from the States once Mitchum stopped working. I use Secret Deodorant.

torquewench · 22/11/2020 09:10

Mitchum rollon for me too...

JustSaying101 · 22/11/2020 09:10

Biosen and Dove Aluminium Free.

capercaillie · 22/11/2020 09:13

Earth Conscious - it’s fantastic stuff. I use the ones in pots but they also do a roll on type. Works so much better than anything else

SallyOMalley · 22/11/2020 09:18

Mitchum roll on here too!

Yes the Mitchum sticks smell nice, or you can get unscented if you prefer.

They don't feel wet when you apply them - it’s like a solid powder. I use the coconut scented one which contains no aluminium.

ginislife · 22/11/2020 09:52

I stopped using anti perspirants after my mum died from breast cancer as I read bad things about the aluminium in them. Started using Dr Haushka roll on, then moved onto Arbonne stick, just trying the Tropic one now (although that has aluminium salts in so I'm not too sure about it). All have been great. Once you cease stopping the natural sweat the deodorant seems to work - does for me anyway. I shower every day and reapply.

Roselilly36 · 22/11/2020 09:55

Mitchum, made me so sore. I use Dove max strength cream.

Scumble · 22/11/2020 09:57

Used Mitchum until I started reacting.

Now I use Native, which is plastic-free , no aluminiums or sulphates. Currently using cucumber and mint but I've only just twigged they do seasonal ones, so I'm really tempted by Christmassy pits Grin

icebearforpresident · 22/11/2020 10:10

Just switched to Wild a few months ago and it’s great, and plastic free and all packaging can be recycled. Seems to last ages as well.

My husband uses this too. It didn't work for me though!
hermitzero · 22/11/2020 23:46

Thai Crystal deodorant. It's natural, works well and lasts forever.

User258544 · 23/11/2020 00:52

There is a decent natural one in Waitrose, comes in Waterlily, Citrus, Pomegranate. Also Dr Orgamic Tea tree v fresh. For day to day I use natural. Mitchum when I need harder working. No rule to say you can't switch it up.

DookaDakkaDikku · 23/11/2020 01:04

Mitchum Gel for me. You can get it in the larger ASDAs. I first discovered it while in the US, so was pleased to find it here. Better than either Mitchum roll on or stick (which I had used previously)

PinkSkyBlue · 23/11/2020 01:08

Mitchum roll on all the way! Nothing else works for me.
