Joe Biden looks sick

Did anyone else notice that Joe Biden looks like he has something brewing ? He looked washed out and breathless. I realise that these last few days have probably amassed a few sleepless nights, but usually the adrenaline would keep you going.

OP this is the kind of post I am referring to. Where people are increasingly desperate to discredit Biden and suggest that he has dementia.

He will announce his standing down within the first 100 days 🌺

Biden is a very old man and the weeks of the election must have been just exhausting for him, he is extremely charismatic and I like him alot, but my first thoughts when I saw was does he have covid, same as op. He has a waxy sheen.

To me he looks like he has been resurrected from the dead.

When I was studying at university, I remember the lecture, where, we were told about how since the age of television debates began, the candidate that wins the US election has been the younger, better looking man. I believe the trend has continued, with the only except to that being Hilary Clinton. And she was a woman.

Biden is 77.
Trump is 74.

I will rest my case there.

Biden looks fine. If a bit sleep deprived. And this thread shows up a hell of a lot of agism.

When Biden suggested injecting people with bleach i thought exactly the same...... oh hang on, it was Tango Trump!

Then there is Trumps demands and lies about vote rigging, if any of the candidates are unfit for office, it is not Biden.

TBF it's probably the most stressful few days of his life, sleepless nights, and he's about 80.

Obama was 48 when elected. Biden is 30 yrs older. Too old.

I don't know why Biden wants to do it at his age, tbh but I would have have far fewer concerns about his health than Trump's mental or physical capacities.

Dreadful that they have had to put forward an old white guy on his last legs in order for the US to have its first female president, that is pretty damning if you ask me.

Kamala Harris should be able to win her own place in history, and not have to shunt through the back door so to speak. It says everything about where we are in terms of equality in the US to my mind.

Harris may well become the first female POTUS
but she will not do it before 2024
because she would not want to waste one of her two terms clearing up Trump's mess and COVID

Biden will serve his full term
supported by a broad and competent team

and then hand over to the younger generation

Yes he is old, but he has wisdom, life experience and gravitas. Hate the prejudice that says because youre older, theres something wrong with you, or just because you have the face God gave you, ie not filtered out with fillers, botox and surgery, that you look 'off'. Guys, this is normal for someone his age, with is responsibilities and with the circumstances of the past motnhs!!!!

I absolutely agree. But as they keep saying on CNN, with a vote this tight white rural america has once again shown us who they are.
