How are you staying warm if WFH? Currently have blanket over my knees (wearing leggings) top half:t shirt, denim shirt, thick hoodie, fingerless gloves, scarf and woolly hat! DP won't countenance heating on through the day yet and I don't think I can confortably wear any more clothes!

DH can be funny about having the heating on because he's always too warm. As a compromise, I still have the heating on when I'm cold and he opens the windows and turns off the radiator in the office where he works. He wouldn't dream of seeing me sat in gloves and multiple layers inside my own home just to avoid putting the heating on. I'm shocked anyone's 'D'P would do this Confused

I've actually sat on a self heating cat mat today and been surprisingly warm! It's one that reflects your own heat

@Ghostlyglow, I feel the cold and would suggest swapping your T-shirt and denim shirt (neither of which I've found are good at keeping me warm) for a long sleeved wool base layer and wool jumper or thick fleece. Thick socks with bootie type slippers will help keep your feet warm too, or you could try an electric foot warmer. But ultimately all this will only do so much if you're sat in the cold not moving much.

When are you allowed to put the heating on op?
