I was just wondering how everyone else is getting through this? I am rereading many children’s books, going to bed early and rewatching a very long sci-fi series with my dh in the evenings- basically trying to escape. I work in a school and it’s just an exhausting grind.

And eating, obviously. And wine, of course.

Running, reading, red wine, escapist happy TV series. just finished 'Love Life', walks in the country, mumsnet, cuddling the kids, making the most of being alone when I can.

It is getting to me now.

Lots of television for the DC on Saturday morning so that DH and I get a lie in.
Alcohol
Bits of decluttering when I can.
Writing paper letters with friends. We have a “round robin” going, it’s very slow but very cheering. makinglifedeeper.com/2019/08/19/round-robin-letter/ (Haven’t actually watched the video on this link so I don’t know whether that explains it, but the text does.)
Rewatching ER on All4.
Getting my local library’s app for reading ebooks.
Blaming everything DH or I do wrong on an imaginary coworker we both worked with fifteen years ago. Loo roll not changed/no clean pants/run out of milk, it’s Carole’s fault and we both complain about how shit she is.
