... multiple buckets of water poured from a height and toilet flushed doesn’t work? Nothing within poking distance or reach to push out or shove along.

Plastic bag on mop, elastic band round if you can be bothered, works every time.

A lot of washing up liquid and then chuck a bucket of very hot water down the loo . I used to do this as a hospital cleaner when a patient had had a barium enema . That stuff was like concrete

Tie plastic around loo brush, plunge the brush vigorously up and down for a minute.

Caustic soda! Entire bottle poured into a bucket of water, stirred thoroughly then very carefully poured in and left for 30 mins - always works!
