Hello,
Middle name suggestions for Lydia please.
I love Lydia Celine but when I say it out loud it sounds like Listerine!

Lydia Kate I also love.
Irene was my dear grandmother's name ,would Lydia Irene go together??

Thanks

I don't like it, sorry. It reminds me of Aunt Lydia from The Handmaids Tale.

I think Alive is a beautiful name but after Lydia it could tend to be run together when the whole name is said eg

Lydia Anne -> sounds like Lydia Ran
Lydia Alice -> sounds like Lydia Ralice
Lydia Amy -> sounds like Lydia Ramy

Thanks for all ideas.
@ExclamationPerfume it's neither here nor there whether you like it or not. I wasn't asking for opinions on the name, I absolutely love it and wanted input regarding middle names. But thank you for your valuable contribution.

To all the juvenile idiots posting 'teapot/dustbin/pan'
you aren't funny.

Yes Lydia Florence is fantastic - really like that.

A tough choice but only good outcomes with such a lovely first name! I really like it - really is a nice ‘take you anywhere’ name.

There’s a YouTuber called Lydia Elise, it’s got a lovely ring to it

Lydia Violet sounds really pretty.... I dislike the name grace, rose or may as middle names. Come to think of it I dislike grace as a name entirely.

tinkywinkyshandbag · 30/09/2020 21:51

I have a Lydia May

I have a 7yo Lydia Susan, she’s beautiful. Have had many lovely comments on her name. Gorgeous name choice op.

In your opinion. I happened to like Dustbin very much!

Bluesheep8 · 01/10/2020 08:00

It needs to be a name with one syllable or two syllables max imo, with Lydia having 3.

Thing is it's SO unfunny and juvenile I really cringed at how pathetic it is. Seriously are there actual "adults" alive like this? Confused

LaPoesieEstDansLaRue · 01/10/2020 20:37

I think Lydia Kate sounds perfect. I love both names.

AutumnleavesturntoGold · 01/10/2020 21:52

Lydia clem, Lydia chlamydia.

pilates · 02/10/2020 12:00

Lydia chlamydia

That always gets rolled out on here

Passmethechocolatecake · 02/10/2020 12:28

Lydia Elsie

DahliaGardener · 02/10/2020 18:09

Something one-syllable and strong--maybe unisex.
