Pork chops and roast veg ... again!

Strawberries and cream.

Eating outside, it's sunny.

We had brined roast chicken. It was an experiment after successfully brining pork before roasting. I can report that it was delicious. Even DS who is normally not that fussed declared it too good to waste and picked the carcas clean.

We had an M&S Thai take away box tonight. We are away in a cottage with no take aways near by so grabbed the box shopping on the way. It was actually pretty tasty
