Just finished watching the Baywatch film. It was so bad and cheesy I couldnt stop laughing. Really enjoyed it.

What bad films do you love?

I have a weird love for AVP: Alien vs Predator.

It’s a crap film and I normally hate scary jumpy Horror Alien shit, but for some reason AVP is just entertaining Grin

Also adding sharknado I have seen all of them. Dh refuses to watch them 😂

I've seen Netflix have one called zombeavers which I might have to watch next time dh is out 🤣

Now and Then - not seen it for 15 years so my view may have changed!

PammieDooveOrangeJoof · 13/08/2020 08:43

The Langoliers was great. I’m sure I remember rewinding some bits to enjoy the hilarity even more.
The Holiday - agree with pp. when Kate Winslet wakes up doing air guitar to ‘are you gonna be my girl’
When Jude Law does bad drunk acting and says “going to take a leak”
Kate Winslet’s ott wailing crying
The fact they never seem to have Christmas Day and jack black being the creepiest love interest ever. Giving Cam Diaz and Kate Winslet the perviest smile when they are dancing round the living room.
Still have to watch it every year as annoying as it is!
Oh and The Meg with Jason Statham’s curious accent that changes with every line

AriesTheRam · 13/08/2020 08:52

Deep Blue Sea

scrivette · 13/08/2020 09:05

I really enjoyed Batwatch, I knew it was going to be bad, it was, but highly entertaining.

'Need For Speed' is one of my favourite films ever, I don't think it's bad but every single person who I have ever discussed it with thinks it's awful!

Mammyloveswine · 13/08/2020 09:09

Loved the meg!

Also there's a shark film on Netflix set in a flooded supermarket which is shit but still entertaining!

Need to watch sharknado!

WarmSausageTea · 13/08/2020 09:38

I am so excited about the idea of the Eurovision movie I can hardly bear the idea of actually watching it, lest my illusions be shattered.

Sorry, @Durgasarrow but I thought it was a huge steaming turd and I hated almost every second of it. It wasn’t even so bad it was good. I just found it a laboured, unfunny vanity project for Will Ferrell, who I normally enjoy watching. For me, it tried to parody Eurovision without understanding it, plus Eurovision is pretty much a parody already.

Hope that manages your expectations somewhat. Grin

I nominate Flash Gordon, which is truly terribly but strangely enjoyable.

LunaNorth · 13/08/2020 09:41

Hotel Chihuahua.

Seen it twice, loved it both times.

Grin

Another vote for Sharknado here. It's a classic of the genre...

Surprised no one's mentioned Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. Soooo bad I fell off my seat laughing in the cinema!

Zombeavers is amazing!!!
Hazelnutlatteplease · 13/08/2020 09:53

Van Helsing. We thought it was deliberate until we watched the making off no it just really was that bad.

Starship troopers really shouldn't be on that list. It's part of the style to emphasis the horrificness/waste of war.

DazedandConcerned · 13/08/2020 10:05

EuroTrip

Poor Scotty...

burnoutbabe · 13/08/2020 10:10

I adore giant x v giant y type movies.
Bait 3D is the shark in supermarket film. I shall enjoy that.

tadpole39 · 13/08/2020 10:13

I have two to offer, Birdemic about a deadly flock of eagles, so so bad, the CGI really can’t be believed, and An Evil Tale on Netflix about dolls that come to life. Just the trailer is so hilarious, the dolls are propped menacingly behind steering wheels.... they’re driving! And running people over!! We watch whenever we need a pick up xx

LeslieYep · 13/08/2020 10:33

Oh and Johnny mnemonic! Awful, but I enjoy it!

Trashtara · 13/08/2020 12:51

I can't believe we are on page three without a shout out to the day after tomorrow!

BEST BAD FILM EVER!

playinthedarkness · 13/08/2020 12:52

Grease 2
Flash Gordon

And does nobody remember Young Einstein with the fabulous Yahoo Serious?! Absolute classic!

Mayvis · 13/08/2020 12:57

San Andreas

lostlalaloopsy · 13/08/2020 13:00

There are so many!! Grease 2, Cry Baby and Mannequin just to name a few. Also has anyone seen the He-Man film with Dolph Lungdren, think it's Masters of the Universe - truly awful, but still like to watch it.
