Part of me wants to look them all up but most of me can’t be bothered.

I had to google some of those out of curiosity. Apparently if you are akiosexual you don’t want anyone to be attracted to you and don’t seek out relationships so why on Earth would you be on OKCupid in the first place???

I do wonder why people who identify as some of those orientations would be on OK Cupid in the first place!

Oh I think I could be akiosexual in that case! Or demisexual.

I think this is a blessing. Think how many people you can disregard when they put this crap on their profile! It's a great filter to get rid of potential dates who apparently do/don't want to date but do/don't have feelings and are/aren't attracted to you depending on their whims that day.

Why be on a dating website if
a) you don’t want anyone to be attracted yo you.
b) if as my one becomes attracted to you, you lose all interest.

Its demisexual that confuses me. Where you have to know someone well before wanting sex with them. Isn't that just normal? The default? Or as my teen DN put it when she explained it to me "basically not being a tramp."
