Do you have much of a personality?

I’m in my 40’s, kids, married, work, degree, homeowner. (Telling your as it makes up me/personality)

But I’ve recently (lockdown) been thinking that I don’t think I have much of a personality.
I have sooo many interests: read, films, food, wine, music, fashion/makeup, exercise, friends, family travel

But I never feel like I come across or am very interesting. I don’t feel like I have a sparsely personality and I hate lying or embellishing the truth so any story I tell is matter of fact.

I also don’t like to offend or upset people so watch what I say so not to hurt their feelings.

I feel very vanilla and boring, and I don’t like it!!
How does one get a good personality?

I think the most interesting people are those who are quietly self assured, who have interests and hobbies they can talk about with passion but who also take an interest in others.

I cannot abide loud, brash, "life and soul types". I know a few people like that and whilst they can be humorous, they totally dominate any social event and make it quite hard work.

I am unashamedly dull, these days. I am introverted and I have stopped caring about what people think about that, TBH. I am passionate about my interests, my work, my family and friends and frankly that will have to do.
I love being this age, I care so much less than I did in my 30s Smile
