Please recommend me a drinks bottle that keeps water chilled

I need this for work. Workplace is really hot and I'm getting hot flushes, not a great mix!!
I find a chilled drink of diluted juice really helps but my drinks bottle ends up at room temperature by the afternoon and I want something that keeps it chilled for all day, like at least 6 hours.
I know chilly bottles are popular but at 20 odd quid I don't want to spend that if I can.

Has anyone any recommendations, thanks.

The spear and Jackson one from B&M is great - we use it to keep milk cold on camping trips, or sometimes a bottle or rose wine...

I’m not convinced chillis would go much better tbh!

Alternatively, could you fill a big thermos with ice and juice/water and use that throughout the day?

Chilly bottles are expensive but well worth the money. I wouldn't be without mine :)

I have a sho bottle as well it's amazing. It keeps water ice cold for ages. I can fit ice cubes in mine.

I have a spear and Jackson from home bargains. I fill it up the night before and out it in the freezer. It's so well insulated it doesnt freeze the water (except maybe a little around the neck). Its just very very cold and it stays like that all day.

I have a Chilly copy from Tesco that cost about £5. It keeps water really cold for ages - I filled it with water and ice the other day and the ice still hadn't melted 30 hours later.

Chillys bottles every time.

But I wouldn’t waste time on chillys ice trays, just crush the ice you want to put in the bottle.

My DC wanted the ice in her chillys bottle to melt so left the bottle top off overnight the ice still hadn’t melted the next afternoon.

I’d highly recommend investing in a chillys bottle. They sometimes have sales as well so if you want or wait a bit.

I love my chillys bottle. I use it everyday. I even got one for my 8 year old to encourage her to drink water at school...she hates it lukewarm. Expensive but so worth the money if you are going to use it regularly.

You can get long thin ice cubes trays cheaply from Amazon.

the Chilly is well worth the money. Not only does it keep drinks freezing for hours but it also keeps them absolutely at boiling point for well over 12 hours

I've found my Wilko ones are just as good as my daughter's Chilly bottle.

Most supermarkets have Chilly style knockoffs for under £10. They're almost as good.

Pricey but the Doppler insulated bottles are fantastic. We've all got one. Keeps drinks ice cold or hot and has built in cup. You can search where to buy if from for colour or capacity you prefer. I bought from

I got two in Costco "Contigo" 600ml . they are stainless steel , lid goes on then the caop can unscrew , there's a bit on the hinge like a handle , lid is attached so I don't lose it .

I can put ice in if I unscew the lid part .

Chilly bottles are fab. Bought a bog standard one for us.Had it a couple of years still in perfect condition. DS and his partner said how much they wanted one so instant presents. He got a cool matte one and she got a beautiful animal design which she loved. Very happy with them all. However as others have said the cap isn't attached to the bottle.
