@Moo7878 olive oil in the pan, gently fry off crushed garlic and add chicken pieces and cooking bacon to fry. Just add double cream and leave to simmer stirring occasionally. You can add mushroom and sweet corn to it too. Whilst it’s simmering boil up your pasta.
Really easy to make. A winner in our house.

Greek lamb pasta, fry onions and lamb mince with a tonne of oregano and cinnamon, add passata. Mix with cooked penne, bung in a dish with white sauce on top and grated cheese. Like a moussaka lasagne hybrid.
Sausages and roast veg, parsnips and squash always popular.
Jackets, beans and corn on the cob.
Butter chicken (spice taylor is good).

Chicken curry and cous cous. I make 2 lots. Mild for dc and hotter for dh and I. Never fails.

Fussy household here but these go down well-

Roast chicken dinner
Cajun chicken linguine
Creamy garlic mushroom pasta
Homemade fat free chips

Not much to go on but I can do all of above with eyes closed now.

Ours love souvlaki - we always make it with pork shoulder. And Katsu curry - but it’s a faff from scratch so only a very occasional treat.
