There isn’t really an update as such I should hear today or tomorrow regarding a scan. I’ve got the MW again on Thursday and I suppose this week will be the week of grand reveals.

I’m sorry if I disappear for a day at a time I’m still trying to wrap my own head around this.

Scan will be very interesting, hopefully they can date your pregnancy abit more accurately.

It's great that you are financially stable and can buy all the things you need. I suppose once you've told the people you need to tell you can't start buying things and then it will definitely start to feel more real!

I haven’t heard about the scan. MW said I would hear today or tomorrow. If nothing by tomorrow I’ll book a private scan. I don’t know if I’ll find out the gender, on one hand there’s been enough surprises in the last week to last me a lifetime. But then I think the last 9 (!) weeks will pass quickly anyway, so might keep the surprises coming.

Your lockdown story will be way better than anyone else's!

Eek!! This happened to me - no period though - period stopped so did test and negative, went for an op did another test before it (8 weeks no period) negative so had op and then 10 weeks later could feel lump in tummy so did test and it was positive- went for scan and I was 24 weeks!!! Scary but exciting!! Child is 14 now!

Hope you hear tomorrow about your scan! I can’t remember if you said you waiting until after that to start telling people? Yours is a lovely (I hope you are happy) story in amongst all the shite on here at the moment

I'm in awe how well you are coping. It's so much but you are doing so well taking it a step at a time.
