Eggs but no lice/nits?

Just checked DD's hair thoroughly as her cousins have nits (we see them as I care for my DM) I cannot find one lice in her hair but these look like eggs to me? 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have another question re the conditioner and combing. How often should we do this - every second day, third day? Thanks

www.nhs.uk/conditions/head-lice-and-nits/ says:

Do wet combing on days 1, 5, 9 and 13 to catch any newly hatched head lice. Check again that everyone's hair is free of lice on day 17.
