She’s probably trying to rebuild her life after what seems like an awful end to her marriage, job insecurity and a painful divorce. If I knew her I’d send her my love and tell her she’s doing great I’m under the impression she not only lost her husband but friendship with Dec and his missus? I’m too invested!!

Tell me oh virtuous ones, have you never had a chat in RL along these lines? Do you stick to Dostoevsky, Meta Philosophy, the works of Henrich Biber or perhaps you prefer to consider how the main character in Timon of Athens resonates with the cultural wasteland of today's society?

I have learned far more about celebrities and their lives during lockdown, than I ever thought possible !😊

Nope, none of that, I just don't click on, or give brain time, to scummy, misogynistic gossipy gutter press 'journalism'. It's really not hard to do.

Has she moved from the Telegraph? Her thoughts on frocks and fashion are normally quite sensible.

I never would have done before, but since lockdown it’s whatever helps to pass the time 😊 and I have become increasingly interested in the lives of celebrities, in particular how they are coping with Lockdown.
For example, I had not heard of The GC before, but her «Diva during lockdown « ( or whatever) is hilarious 🤣.

I'm glad I started this because I now have "haunted tupperware" in my armoury.

Possibly not the same Lisa Armstrong... sorry to intrude. No idea who the other Lisa Armstrong could be.

I tend to talk about politics, food, TV progs, feminism, friends, family, how the kids are doing, work etc.

But to bring up a woman whom you have no connection to just because you are bored doesn't paint you in a good light. Leave her alone.

She must have had an awful time though, married to an addict then divorced.

I thought she'd "gone back to [her] natural hair colour" - ie, brunette? LA has had a shite 24 months, most recently being the death of her father, who she was very close to. I wish the paps would just leave er alone to grieve the end of her marriage and the loss of her father combined.

Also, the woman her ex husband moved on with was, seemingly, less of a friend and more of an employee. I'm not sure which is worse - but then, LA was the one who reportedly left her overdosed then-husband on the living room floor, whilst she stayed upstairs allegedly ignoring his phone calls, so... personally, I think they're all as bad as one another when it comes to interpersonal relationships. However, we've yet to have the father of the new girlfriend's 2 girls in the papers, so perhaps he's the one with all of the class?

Hurley, meanwhile, is beautiful (and ridiculously well-trained).

I'd like to see a couple of male politicians in their casual clothes with scruffy hair and no make up.....but wait, we already have that?
