Lovely photo. What cute cat (just like Brandy!)

Bloodybridget · 11/06/2020 14:27

I bet Playmoland handypeeps turn up when they say they will, and always have the right spare part on them.

Deathraystare · 11/06/2020 16:32

So cute!

CatkinToadflax · 11/06/2020 16:56

@Bloodybridget

And charge a reasonable price and don't do that teeth sucking thing.
Bloodybridget · 11/06/2020 17:47

Yes @CatkinToadflax, or say "Who put this in?" implying "Some bloody cowboy!"

Horsemad · 11/06/2020 18:01

Lovely cat @pussycatinboots, I love a ginger cat! 🙂

pussycatinboots · 11/06/2020 20:10

Thanks.
He's the one who inspired @SoMuchToBits after a socially distanced emergency visit to the vet.
He is currently watching Springwatch with his sister 🤦‍♀️😺

SoMuchToBits · 11/06/2020 20:11

Haha, I'm sure the Playmo people are all honest, reliable, hardworking types! Smile

I will hopefully catch up tomorrow with anyone who wants to talk about Playmobil! In the meantime I'll be enjoying a relaxing day off. Smile

Enjoy your day off SoMuch. 😀

SoMuchToBits · 12/06/2020 10:46

Thank you! Ds is driving to Southampton and back today to pick up some stuff from his university flat. Apart from going to the shops for food and putting a load of washing on, I'm not intending to do too much. At the moment I'm drinking some Brew with Norman (who now has a fully functioning portaloo). Smile

Horsemad · 12/06/2020 20:04

Hope you had a restful day @SoMuchToBits and thank God Norm's portaloo is working!! 😆

Ninkanink · 12/06/2020 20:39

🌺🌸🌼🌷 I’ve been away for some time (RL stuff and other things) but just caught up on adventures in Playmo Land. Fab, as always.

Thanks for the gentle humour and just good old cosiness. Enjoy your time off!

SoMuchToBits · 12/06/2020 20:59

Thank you! I haven't done much really, and weather has been a bit sub standard! Ds is now back from Southampton.

I had my antibody test for Covid-19 yesterday and just got the result which was negative. I find this amazing, as I have been working in a hospital, unable to do much social distancing there, and for several weeks was working on a ward with suspected (and many confirmed) patients with Covid-19.

Either my infection control practices have been superb or I'm a tough old nut who doesn't succumb to viruses easily...

I'll be working all day tomorrow, so not sure who will be around. But will be back on Sunday if anyone wants to comment on anything Playmo.

Bloodybridget · 12/06/2020 22:23

SoMuch were you disappointed that you tested negative? I guess you might have preferred to know that you had had the virus?

SoMuchToBits · 12/06/2020 22:27

bridget yes a bit disappointed. Would have hoped I had it. But can't do much about that. Just hope I don't get it now and die...

But must try to keep positive with my lovely plastic people and my dear son! Off to work tomorrow (no longer a Covid ward and now with my normal colleagues).

Just delurking again to say thank you so much SoMuch for adding some smiles to my day. Especially love the animal antics!

Horsemad · 13/06/2020 17:47

Hope work went ok, SoMuch. Someone I know worked on a Covid ward through the peak and didn't catch it, then caught it when they returned to their usual (non Covid) ward!

SoMuchToBits · 13/06/2020 20:24

Work wasn't too bad (although am tired, but have a day off tomorrow). Maybe there's still time to get Covid now we're a non-Covid ward then! Smile

My husband works in a hospital and was also negative for antibodies despite some of his colleagues having had it.

Horsemad · 13/06/2020 21:14

My sister tested negative despite being in close proximity to her work colleague who was quite poorly at the start of the year with what they now think was Covid-19, as the colleague has tested positive for antibodies.

It's such a strange virus. 🤨

SoMuchToBits · 14/06/2020 07:54

Today the weather is lovely and I have a day off, so I will mainly be sitting in the garden with the Playmobil catalogue .Smile

That sounds like an excellent plan!
