Just curious, really.

I’ve had:-

Measles
Chicken pox
Hepatitis A
Pneumonia
Glandular fever

I’ve been vaccinated against:

Whatever childhood things they gave in the 60’s (diphtheria and whooping cough, I think)
Polio
Tetanus
Smallpox
Rubella
Typhoid (lasts 3 years, expired)
Yellow fever (lasts 10 years, expired)
Hepatitis B
Pneumonia (lasts 10 years, expired)
Flu (annual for last 20 years)

I only remember polio, bcg and rubella when I was about 13.

Other than that have no idea what vaccines I've had. I've never travelled anywhere exotic enough to warrant further vaccination as an adult.

I've had chickenpox and measles as a child in the 1960s.

LefttoherownDevizes · 06/04/2020 21:28

I've had measles, German measles, whooping cough, chicken pox, mumps as my mum had asthma and at the time there service was too big vaccinate children if their parents had egg allergies.

I had jabs for diptheria, tetanus and polio oral vaccine (plus BCG)

safariboot · 06/04/2020 21:32

Had chickenpox twice, as a child and again as an adult.

Had labrynthitis. Not sure if that's an infectious disease exactly.

Had possible flu once.

Besides that just colds.

Don't even know what I've been vaccinated against. MMR, TB, the usual baby stuff I assume. My tetanus jab is overdue.

GinWithASplashOfTonic · 06/04/2020 21:33

Had
Whooping cough
Chicken pox
Ring worm
Been vaccinated
Had all recommended vaccinations for a kid of the 90s
Up to date on pneumococcal and meningococcal vaccines

MulticolourMophead · 06/04/2020 21:46

I've been vaccinated against
tetanus
Diphteria
Polio
Smallpox
Whooping cough
Tuberculosis
Measles
Rubella/German measles
Mumps

I've had:
Chicken Pox
Flu (1 bout as a toddler)

Frequency · 06/04/2020 21:53

I've had all the usual ones for a child of the eighties plus a few tetanus jabs and holiday jabs minus a BCG.

I've had flu and had the flu vaccine ever since and TB. My daisy prick reacted, I had an x-ray and it showed I'd had TB but was never diagnosed. I always tease my mother that I was neglected child allowed to catch a deadly disease and left without treatment.

I developed asthma very suddenly when I was eight. I went from having zero asthma symptoms to being diagnosed with mild asthma and then hospitalized and put on oxygen in the space of a week. Personally, I think that was the TB and it was TB that caused my asthma.

ComtesseDeSpair · 06/04/2020 21:57

I was vaccinated for all the usual things babies born in the mid 1980s would have been, but the immunity wore off - I’ve had whooping cough, diphtheria and typhus despite having been vaccinated; have also had chicken pox and scarlet fever.

MissisBee · 06/04/2020 22:04

I've had
Chicken pox
Flu (and possibly mild dose of swine flu when it started)

Vaccinated
Diphtheria
Tetanus
Polio
Whooping cough
MMR (I think, was in some sort of catch up cohort age 10, in the 90s)
BCG
Meningitis C
Hepatitis B
Hep A & typhoid
Flu vaccine past 10 years
Whooping cough X2 when pregnant

floffel · 06/04/2020 22:15

I’ve had no infectious diseases. I had all the standard vaccinations

Likethebattle · 06/04/2020 22:18

Have had chickenpox (later shingles) and mumps. Have had all the normal
Vaccines of the 80’s and at secondary school got BCG and measles.i had the MMR but I was pre-schools when I got the mumps.

steppemum · 06/04/2020 22:20

I've had:
chicken pox
rubella (because you used to get vaccinated at 13, before MMR)
glandular fever
dengue fever

I've been vaccinated against LOADS!

all the standard kids stuff (except smallpox, as I couldn't have the vaccine) plus pretty much everything for travelling
so:
polio
diptheria
tetanus
measles
mumps
rubella
BCG/TB

cholera
yellow fever
hep (B and C I think? )
typhoid
can't remember the rest....

anonname · 06/04/2020 22:23

I’ve had chicken pox, that’s it .. and viral pleurisy at about age 19 or so .

Vaccinated against

BCG
DTP
HEPB
Polio
Flu a few times
Men C back in 2001
Something else - hibs? Can’t remember

anonname · 06/04/2020 22:26

Oh and the MMR . I’ve accidentally had that several times - had all childhood doses, then again twice as a teenager for no apparent reason . GP was quite surprised when printing jab records for an NHS job !

Amortentia · 06/04/2020 22:27

I’ve so far only had Chicken pox and I hope it stays that way.

I’ve been vaccinated against everything you can be vaccinated against if you were born in the 70s. I’ve also had many vaccinations required to travel to weird and wonderful places - Rabies, typhoid, hep A/B, encephalitis.

I think the only vaccinations I’ve not had are HPV and yellow fever.

eyeswideshit · 06/04/2020 22:28

I've had
Chickenpox

Vaccinated for
Tb
MMR
Hep b
HPV
Tetanus
Polio
Diphtheria
Whooping cough
Flu

I think that's it

eyeswideshit · 06/04/2020 22:30

Oh yes and meningitis. The reaction to that was something else. It popped during a swimming lesson

underneaththeash · 06/04/2020 22:32

I’ve had measles, mumps, chicken pox, whooping cough (all as a child as I was allergic to egg).
I’ve been vaccinated against:
Rubella
TB
Hep A
Typhoid
Tetanus
Polio
Diphtheria

MiniTheMinx · 06/04/2020 22:33

I had all the usual vaccinations given in the 70s and 80s as a kid.

I've had German measles
and sleeping sickness, but that's not caught from humans.

I've never had chicken pox despite coming into contact with it several times as a child and with my own children.

GetOuttaMySwamp · 06/04/2020 22:33

As far as I know I've only had chickenpox, possibly flu but can't be sure.

Had all standard baby and childhood imms, then meningitis c, HPV and TB vaccs at school, hep B for work and whooping cough (and flu) in pregnancy

Icare1234 · 06/04/2020 22:37

Due to underlying medical conditions parents advised against MMR so I got measles, mumps and rubella as a child. Also had whooping cough. I don’t remember any of them.

As an adult chicken pox

Vaccinated against diptheria, tetanus, polio, TB, hep A. Travelled to India so have also had cholera, and typhoid vaccinations.

Icare1234 · 06/04/2020 22:38

Oh and recently get flu vaccine.

SorrelForbes · 06/04/2020 22:38

Had usual vaccinations for child born in 1969. Had the following illnesses as a child:

Mumps (the illest I've ever felt)
German measles
Chicken Pox
Tonsillitis

Had the daisy prick test but never had the BCG so presume I didn't need it. Got traced and recalled for a repeat Rubella jab in the 1990s as apparently I'd been given a possibly faulty batch when vaccinated at school.

Had Scarlet fever as an adult. Grim.
