I bloody well am...life is a bit crap at the moment so I need stuff to look forward to.

Tonight it's getting the kids to be, ordering a curry and drinking wine on the sofa.

We’re having a shop Chinese in a bag, & alcohol. Also going out out with the girls tonight. Online....

We are,were having a Chinese and I can't wait,I can't believe I actually forgot that I have a bottle of wine I can crack open as well so thanks for that OP

I also have a new bottle of Gin to try later as well(my lovely DH picked it up for me as a nice little surprise when he had to go and get some food shopping)I'm saving that until our DC are in bed when I can savour it whilst watching the Downton Abbey movie.

We are very rural - so normally no takeaways as no delivery.
However, a little restaurant 2 villages away obviously has had to close the doors and so started doing deliveries, so fish & chips are on their way! Hurrah! I'm an NHS key worker and it's been a l-o-o-o-o-n-g week!!

Got one coming. Our Dominos has just closed so trying just eat.
There was an ice cream van round our way today. Had to say a stern no to dd.

Just had a curry in a hurry from Waitrose yum beats a takeaway any day washed down with a glass of wine in is the new out 😘

No! Despite it being perfectly okay for takeaways to deliver or have people collect, I don't have any sense and have decided it's not essential and will report it to 101 😂

I think we're having takeaway, although nobody has made a final decision yet. I've got Prosecco chilling.

Weirdly, I've actually had a really lovely week, but it will be nice to mark Friday as an attempt at some kind of normal.

I've had a trifle and a cuppa. Not the most balanced meal but I really can't be arsed. Might go to bed soon as nothing else to do.

Wine and Pizza Hut delivery for us. They left it on doorstep. I decanted from boxes and washed my hands. It's important to support local businesses where you can, PH I would would worry about less, but it's was DD's turn to choose.

We did. Take away pizza to celebrate my son's freaking awesome school report.

He's had a lot to overcome and I'm so proud of him. So a large pepperoni pizza for him and a large rose wine for me!

Change of plan - can only get curry delivered, and don't fancy it - so we're having freezer tea!

Often we would have a takeaway on a Friday or Saturday but we're watching the pennies. Wine definitely though!

We’ve been very loyal customers to Deliveroo but I’m justifying it as supporting our local restaurants now I’m no longer spending money on clothes and eating/drinking out several times a week.
Tonight we’ve cracked open a bottle of rose and DP is making chicken burgers and homemade chips

I also highly recommend the sinner if anyone is looking for a Netflix binge while takeaway eating and wine drinking

@SleepyNightOwl we have a child with immune issues. Dh also grew up with a father with OCD and paranoia was hospitalised on occasions so DH has basically fallen back on that. Nothing in the house like a takeaway, anything that needs to come in gets disinfected by him. It's a bit controlling but I understand where he's coming from, although I think over the top. Plus in all honesty, I'm happy to go along with it as I'd like to lose a little weight and we are financially ruined with CV.
