How to go from flat butt to rounded and large?

I’m a size 10 top and size 6-8 bottom (thin legs and completely flat butt)

Has anyone who was like this followed a squat program/workout of some type, to get a curvy rounded larger behind?

If so, how long did it take to see results? Did you have to keep doing it to maintain it? Did you do it at the gym or at home and how frequently?

The young (20's) girls at my circuit training who have the very round bottoms and narrow waist do it through lots of Weights and squats. They also wear gym kit that shows it off, eg Gymshark leggings that have a sort of 'thong' shape in the stitching which really emphasises the roundness. They laughed at me when I said I couldn't wear gymshark bevause thet make my butt look massive and they were like 'yeah, duh 🙄 ' and I felt really really old.

Glute bridges, hip thrusts are just as good if not better then squats for building bum. (Basivally anything that involves squeezing bum muscles).

I'm sure it's genetics and a bit of exercise. Not a stealth brag, but I am in my 40s with a high smooth round bum and partners have said it's very attractive. Sadly for me the rest isn't as smooth and pert: v bumpy thighs and flat chest.

We can't have it all (or not most of us!) and we can heavily exercise, but sometimes it just makes our best bits look better and doesn't change the worse bits as much. I'm trying to encourage my DC to focus on the 'everyone is different' perspective rather than them notice the genetics they would like to change passed on by me opps

I've always had a high larger bum and wider hip frame but ten years after exercising regularly it's even more pert and more rounded. It's not a giant Kim k or BBL but it's very there!!

People aren't on about large fat arses it's the toned muscular roundness they want to achieve. This doesn't have to look out of proportion to a small figure.

I don't care if it goes out of fashion it's here to stay regardless as it's my natural shape.
Is a pain buying clothes though to fit both waist and bum tho!

Put it between your legs (right at the top) with the pointy end sticking out at the front like a little blue willy. Then clench your bum cheeks and tops of thighs hard to close the hinged ends together, and release!

I’m the opposite way around (8 on top and 10 on bottom) but I’ve always been this way, no surgery and no padded pants! My waist is 26 inches and the largest part of my bum is 41 inches Shock I think It’s just to do with the way I store my fat.

Have you spoken to a personal trainer to see what is a reasonable expectation of change? I followed a programme a few years ago (when I was training a lot) and was in the best shape I have ever been in by a company called ‘doll curves’ based in Wales. Maybe something like that would help?

Graft: Not sure where you’ve been since J-Lo & the Kardashians but big bums (In fact rather enormous ones) are highly desired and coveted by most young people, that is the look. It won’t be forever, but ‘skinny thicc’ (basically an exaggerated hourglass shape) is considered de rigeuer 😝🍑🍑
