Any lockdown birthdays here?

I just thought we could do with a little bit of a lighthearted tread.

It's my birthday on Sunday, so we've decided to have a tea party, have a few drinks and play some board games. I'll just be my parents and I but I'm actually really looking forward to it.

I'll probably have a nice dinner out once everything has calmed down.

How are you planning on celebrating your lockdown birthdays?

It's my 50th on Saturday, luckily I dicked about for so long deciding what to do I didn't book anything.
I do like the idea of a lockdown pub crawl!

It's DHs birthday tomorrow. He'd already taken it off, so we will just be in with the dc. I got the dcs to make a salt dough present for him. Ds aged 3 has done a plaque with his hand print on it, ds aged 7 has made him a penis 😂

Happy birthday to all when it comes or if already past, I hope it was still a happy day (under the circumstances). Mine is today, I’m surprised that it does actually feel birthday-like, it’s just me and my 12 year old so I think we’re going to have some kind of carpet picnic for tea to try to make it feel a bit different.

dd1 was 18 on Sunday, we had a chinese takeaway and got some of her favourite(v expensive) ice cream home delivered from a local maker. She didn't much luck last year either as she ended up being admitted to hospital for 2 days on her birthday due to an asthma flare up, we have promised to do something special when it's all over
