Sorry for posting such trivia during a time of such worry and hardship which I too share with you and please don't spray me down the road with the mumsnet equivalent of a water canon but..............

Has anyone had any bad experiences with Bloom and Wild letterbox flowers and if so do you mind telling me about them? It's for my mum who isn't on the internet.

I'd be really grateful.

I've had several letterbox bunches from Bloom and Wild and although they can look a bit sad when they're first opened they do perk up beautifully. Seems very strange that your mother's flowers were dead and brown but if they're offering her a new bunch and you a voucher that seems a perfectly acceptable response.
