How much exercise do you do?

Just that really...and what do you do?

I'm mid 30's and want to get fit.
I have a part time job that is fairly active (on my feet a lot, lifting/carrying a bit) and generally try to walk places, but I have no gym membership or active hobbies for instance.

I feel quite lazy and struggle to motivate myself and have visions of everyone else attending spin classes and running marathons!

Am I the only one who doesn't have a specific exercise routine?!

I'm average female height and healthy weight, but want to have a healthy body.

What's your exercise schedule?

59 here and I run 5/6 days a week for a couple of hours. I try to do 35 miles a week (I'm not quick but I am determined).

Having a dog helps. Might as well go at speed as toddle.

Lost four stone last year, so it works.

None. I am 38, work 13hr days on my feet almost the whole time, walk places because I can't drive, but only break into a run in life-threatening situations (occasionally at work). Taking up regular exercise in some form was on my list of things that I would do when DC2 started school in September. I have failed to do just about any of the things on the list, and clearly now is not the time to start anything that requires leaving the house. I am a healthy weight, but I have no idea how as I don't exercise and eat shit, and I assume that it will catch up with at some point.
