I made a really yummy Spanish omelette for dinner. But it was huge and I only ate half. If I let it cool could I bring it to work tomorrow and heat it for lunch? (I don't want to eat it cold)
It contains eggs, onion, red pepper, sliced chorizo, sliced baby potatoes, baby spinach and cheese (no wonder I could only eat half
