The end part of Imagine Dragons' Top Of The World

And I know it's hard when you're falling down
And it's a long way up when you hit the ground
Get up now, get up, get up now

I play this a lot just to get to that bit

Tom Petty's Won't back down
Cliff Blush Never Say Die is a guilty pleasure as is Taytay's Mean and the highwaymen's Highwayman
Oh and I love Keane's Silenced by the night's chorus
you and I, we're gonna rise again

and the latest Editors track Upside Down resonates

I watch Beyonce's All night video

When all else fails I turn to Eurovision, Conchita or Bilal Hassani Grin

Cheesy- but 'roar' by Katy Perry.
It was playing on the radio after I finally got to bring home my DD who had neonatal meningitis when she was born.
The lyrics are uplifting but also acts as a benchmark to which most other upsetting things suddenly seem insignificant in comparison.
