I've just rewatched Fleabag and suffering withdrawal symptoms

Please tell me what else I can watch that's original, funny, feminist, touching...

Is there anything that comes remotely close?!

I loved killing eve and sex education after fleabag. Just started orange is the new black which looks promising.

There'll never be anything quite like Fleabag. Lots of good recommendations on here though - I'm another big fan of Rita (Netflix), loved Mum (iPlayer), also This Country. Detectorists is very different, very gentle, but of similar quality, and we've just started Sex Education, which is promising so far. Santa Clarita Diet (Netflix) is amazing.

Mrs maisel is great, you can’t quite replicate fleabag though. Love Derry girls and Rev too. I like catastrophe but it’s not quite fleabag quality either.

‘Broken’ the bbc drama about a priest and his parishioners has the same kind of emotional honesty fleabag does and good writing.

Watch Shrill on BBC it’s very good

I agree that nothing will ever be quite like fleabag but I certainly have lots of options to ease the withdrawal symptoms!

I've watched a few already:
Girls - quite enjoyed it to begin with but my god the characters were annoying
Maisel - takes a bit of getting used to but definitely like it
Both very American though, I loved the Britishness of Fleabag.

Now to decide which of the other suggestions to watch first!

I've also watched
Killing Eve - only a couple of episodes as I really couldn't get into it at all
OITNB - absolutely loved the first few seasons but then it got boring and soapy

I don't really like Mum, find the kids so annoying.

If you like Motherland, Workin moms then The Letdown is worth a watch.

I agree with Gameface, This Way Is Up and Workin' moms. I also enjoyed the first series of Glow on Netflix.
