I always order a tandoori mixed grill with a madras sauce on the side and a garlic, chilli and coriander naan 😋 Oh, and onion bhajis to start. I've just polished off what I doggy-bagged from a restaurant last night and omg, it tasted even better today Blush the cat is judging me though

virtually everything our local buffet indian restaurant makes not many items I wont eat

Indian here, loved reading this thread and all of the food mentioned is something we make all the time.

Ask my children what their favourite meal is and they'll tell a Roast Dinner because they eat Indian food nearly every day.

I'm in Cyprus @Guardsman18 so maybe not your book unless it's travelled 2000 miles 🤔 I've bought all the ingredients to make Bombay potatoes and I'm defrosting some chicken thighs as we speak so going to have a browse through my new book shortly and decide which curry to make... Wink
